Mickledore is a firm that I would recommend strongly, and would readily use again. Booking was simple and well organised, with helpful advice provided where asked for. The information pack was thorough and fully detailed (I liked the personalised touches). All the information, directions etc that we needed was included. The guidebook was very comprehensive. The baggage transfers worked like clockwork.

All in all, we had a fabulous experience and an absolutely wonderful walk. We walked through some of the most spectacular scenery in the country, which was really special. It was very tough in places, and there were moments when I didn’t think I could keep going, but the sense of achievement at the end was worth every challenging mile, and we have already recommended you to several of our walking friends. We will definitely be back to do another walk with you. Thank you for everything.

We have just finished our Coast to Coast walk and would like to say we had a hassle free and very enjoyable time thanks to the great organisation by your company. We stayed in some remarkable places and met some wonderful hosts.

Our adventure was a success in every respect. I don’t think either of us has ever felt so alive and so much in the present moment. You guys were with us every step of the way and we could not have had a better walking ‘companion and guide’. We’ve done a number other walking tours in England with other outfits but this was by far the best.
